Diverse Talent Manager at U.S. Cellular
Meredith Morales serves as a diverse talent manager on U.S. Cellular’s Diversity and Inclusion Team. She brings nearly 10 years of industry experience as a human resources talent professional with seven years dedicated to talent acquisition diversity and inclusion.
Prior to joining U.S. Cellular, Meredith worked at PeopleScout-RPO (formerly AonHewitt), where she consulted with multiple clients, including primary client groups BMO Harris Bank and Financial Group (Bank of Montreal). In this role, Meredith served as North American diversity manager, leading a team of 12, accountable for diversity and campus talent strategies and execution across the U.S. and Canada. Prior to supporting BMO, Morales served as senior diversity recruiter for The Federal Reserve System, where she identified and placed diverse top talent, led community partnerships and strategic local and national recruiting initiatives, including for the Office of Minority Women and Inclusion (OMWI).
Morales serves on the executive board of the Chicago Chapter of Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), and as a board member on the DePaul University Employer Advisory Board. She holds a B.A. cum laude from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York, and a master’s in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University in Chicago.
